Who We Share Personal Data With
Employees
We may disclose user data to any member of our organization who reasonably needs access to user data to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Optional Analytics and Personalized Ads
With your analytics permission, Google Analytics receives website usage information. When you allow personalized ads, Meta Pixel receives page-view and successful enquiry events to help us measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and may show Azars ads again to visitors who have shown interest in the school. These services may receive your IP address, browser and device information, page addresses, campaign identifiers and cookie identifiers. Meta may associate this activity with your Facebook or Instagram account. The enquiry event identifies only the form type (trial, registration or contact); we do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, student details or message contents in these events. Automatic form matching and automatic event discovery are disabled for our Meta integration. Allowing Meta personalized ads does not enable Google advertising personalization.
Analytics and Meta personalized ads are optional. You can allow analytics without Meta advertising measurement or personalized ads, reject both, or change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. Rejecting these services does not prevent you from using our forms. Visitors who previously allowed only Meta ad measurement are asked for a new choice before Meta is enabled for this broader purpose. Withdrawing permission stops future optional measurement and sharing from this website; it does not erase events already received by a provider or necessarily remove you immediately from an existing audience. Your browser also lets you remove stored cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy for how those providers handle data and advertising preferences.
Other Disclosures
In addition to the optional services described above, we may disclose data in the following cases:
-
If the law requires it;
-
If it is required for any legal proceeding;
-
To prove or protect our legal rights; and
-
To buyers or potential buyers of this company in the event that we seek to sell the company.
If you follow hyperlinks from our Site to another Site, please note that we are not responsible for and have no control over their privacy policies and practices.
How Long We Store Personal Data
User data will be stored until the purpose the data was collected for has been achieved.
You will be notified if your data is kept for longer than this period.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
We use encrypted website connections and restrict access to enquiry records to authorized staff and the service providers needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Optional analytics and advertising providers receive only the information described above when you allow those services.
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.
Children
We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. If a child under 13 years of age has provided us with personal data their parent or guardian may contact our privacy officer.
